Airy, delicate vintage plated brass and glass Czechoslovakian brooch, most likely from the 1930s. It's a beautiful flower-like design, formed from brass filigree disks that have been curled into waffle-cone shapes, and set with faux emeralds, sapphires, carnelians, and rubies, all fashioned from pressed Bohemian glass. Measures a substantial 3" across, and 2.5" wide. Very good vintage condition, especially for its age. There are a couple of small areas that are a little dark.
Marked CZECHOSLOVAKIA on an applied plate on reverse. Simple pin stem and elongated C clasp.
